Ingredients
- 3/4 lb frozen meatballs
- 3 cups sweet bell peppers, cut into strips, use green, red and yellow
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup catalina dressing
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in large skillet.
- 2 cook on medium high heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- 3 serve over hot cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
