Lori 's Manicotti Dinner

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 12 large manicotti
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup romano cheese
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar prepared spaghetti sauce, divided

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 4 drain; rinse with cool water.
  • 5 let pasta dry on paper towels.
  • 6 for filling, in a medium bowl, stir together 3 cups of mozzarella with the ricotta and fresh basil.
