Portabella Mushroom Pasta

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons molly mcbutter
  • 6 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 bring 3/4 cup broth to boil.
  • 2 add garlic and molly mcbutter.
  • 3 add mushrooms and cook on high heat until liquid reduced by half.
  • 4 add cooked pasta, red pepper and remaining broth.
  • 5 sprinkle with feta cheese.
