Orzo With Parsley And Lemon

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb orzo pasta
  • coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large lemons, zest of
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cook orzo in salted water 12 min, to al dente.
  • 2 drain well, but do not rinse.
  • 3 transfer to a serving bowl. drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 toss with zest and parsley, and serve.
