- 1/2 lb orzo pasta
- coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large lemons, zest of
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook orzo in salted water 12 min, to al dente.
- 2 drain well, but do not rinse.
- 3 transfer to a serving bowl. drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- 4 toss with zest and parsley, and serve.
