Orzo With Brown Butter And Parsley

Ingredients

  • 9 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 cups orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in a large heavy saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
