Low Fat Chicken & Dumplings

Total Time: 6 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 -1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 -4 garlic cloves, diced
  • 8 ounces of cooked malfada pasta

Recipe

  • 1 layer ingredients into crock pot as follows:.
  • 2 garlic and onion.
  • 3 chicken.
  • 4 mixed vegetables.
  • 5 both cans of soup.
  • 6 cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • 7 add pasta and stir.
  • 8 cover and cook additional 15-30 minutes.
