Raw Oatmeal

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick oats (old fashioned)
  • 2 cups apple juice or 2 cups cider
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup goji berry
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon organic vanilla yogurt (optional, this makes it not raw)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • 2 this can be saved in the fridge for at least 4-5 days.
