- 8 ounces orzo pasta, cooked drained and rinsed under cold water (1 cup)
- 1 large grilled tomato
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup snipped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk dressing ingredients in a large serving bowl until blended.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 toss to mix and coat.
