Ingredients

- 1 cup stoneground whole wheat flour
- 1 quart water
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 large dates, chopped
- 3 tablespoons almonds, cut
Recipe
- 1 add salt to water and boil.
- 2 lower heat and add flour, stir with a whisk until desired thickness.
- 3 add dates and almonds.
- 4 cook 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- 5 serve warm.
