Porridge

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup stoneground whole wheat flour
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 large dates, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons almonds, cut

Recipe

  • 1 add salt to water and boil.
  • 2 lower heat and add flour, stir with a whisk until desired thickness.
  • 3 add dates and almonds.
  • 4 cook 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 5 serve warm.
