Red Rice (salsa Rice)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3-1/2 cup salsa, your favorite
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 3/4 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, bring salsa, salt, and water to a boil.
  • 2 add rice and stir.
