- 8 ounces pasta, dry pappardelle
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil pappardelle according to package directions.
- 2 put spinach, parmesan and butter in a large bowl.
- 3 drain pasta, add to bowl.
- 4 toss to mix, coat and wilt spinach.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
