Simple Spinach Pappardelle

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces pasta, dry pappardelle
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil pappardelle according to package directions.
  • 2 put spinach, parmesan and butter in a large bowl.
  • 3 drain pasta, add to bowl.
  • 4 toss to mix, coat and wilt spinach.
  • 5 season with salt and pepper.
