Meat Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 400 g dry pasta
- 200 g chicken, chopped
- 70 g bresaola (sliced)
- 50 g salami (sliced)
- 100 g cashew nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pinch garlic seasoning
Recipe
- 1 pasta salad.
- 2 fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil.
- 3 add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 mins.
- 4 drain and run cold water over the pasta.
- 5 add the meat and nuts to the pasta and mix together.
- 6 dressing.
- 7 put all ingredients into a jug and whisk together with a fork.
- 8 pour over the pasta salad.
- 9 cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
