Meat Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 400 g dry pasta
  • 200 g chicken, chopped
  • 70 g bresaola (sliced)
  • 50 g salami (sliced)
  • 100 g cashew nuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pinch garlic seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 pasta salad.
  • 2 fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil.
  • 3 add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 mins.
  • 4 drain and run cold water over the pasta.
  • 5 add the meat and nuts to the pasta and mix together.
  • 6 dressing.
  • 7 put all ingredients into a jug and whisk together with a fork.
  • 8 pour over the pasta salad.
  • 9 cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
