- 1 lb diced chicken breast
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken pieces over medium heat and remove from pan. add diced tomatoes to pan and scrape up any brown bits. add pesto and artichokes and add back chicken. heat through.
- 2 serve over rice or pasta.
