Ravioli Parma

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 (9 ounce) package fresh spinach ravioli
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook ravioli until barely tender, 6-7 minutes. drain and set aside.
  • 2 meanwhile place peas in microwave dish with 1 tablespoon water. microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. add ravioli, peas, prosciutto and pepper. cook 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  • 4 transfer to a serving dish and toss gently with parmesan cheese.
